M. Timothy Cunningham is president and managing director of the Cunningham Agency. He has been an appraiser, licensed real estate broker and licensed insurance broker since 1980. Since that time he has engaged in all aspects of the real estate business. He has been actively involved in the rental, sale, development, construction and appraising of real estate in both the Village and Town of Southampton. He has primarily been involved in residental real estate. Tim is currently a member of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, he is a past Associate Professor at the Real Estate Institute of Long Island University, participating in teaching the salesman license course, brokers license course and instruction in appraising residential real estate.
Paulette has been a broker since 1983 and has been with Cunningham Insurance since 1992 as the Agency Manager.
Personal Lines L thru Z. Ray has been in the insurance industry over 30 years.
Commercial Lines
Susan has been in the insurance industry over 20 years.
Ramona has been with Cunningham Insurance since 1986 and has been licensed since 1988.
Has been our Office Administrator for the last 5 years.
