M. Timothy Cunningham is President and Managing Director of Cunningham Insurance. He has been an appraiser, licensed real estate broker and licensed insurance broker since 1980. Since that time he has engaged in all aspects of the real estate business. He has been actively involved in the rental, sale, development, construction and appraising of real estate in both the Village and Town of Southampton. He has primarily been involved in residental real estate. Tim is currently a member of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, he is a past Associate Professor at the Real Estate Institute of Long Island University, participating in teaching the salesman license course, brokers license course and instruction in appraising residential real estate. Tim has been licensed in Property & Casualty for over 20 years.
Paulette is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance. In 1992 Paulette joined Cunningham Insurance as the Agency Manager after her tenure with AON (formerly A&A) as a Manager in the Small Commercial Lines Department. Paulette has her CIC designation which is the Insurance industry’s premier source for ongoing education.
Ramona Kuroski has been a licensed Property & Casualty Broker since 1987. Ramona celebrates 25 years at Cunningham Insurance this year! She manages all Personal Lines for clients whose last name begins with A-K
Ray has been a licensed Property & Casualty Broker for 35 years. Ray has worked at Cunningham Insurance for 10 years and manages all Personal Lines for clients whose last name begins with L-Z. Prior to joining Cunningham Insurance, Ray spent 25 years at Cambridge & Leach in Brooklyn, NY
Lori Klos has been a licensed Property & Casualty Broker for 3 years. Lori has worked at Cunningham Insurance for 5 years and manages all Commercial Line clients. Lori started her career working for a subsidiary of MetLife in their claims office before she left to start her own business.
Susan Cota has been a licensed Property & Casualty Broker for over 25 years. Sue has worked at Cunningham Insurance for 6 years as a Assistant in Commercial Lines. Prior to joining Cunningham Insurance Sue worked at Cook Hall & Hyde and Corwin Agency as a Supervisor and Account Manager in both Personal and Commercial Lines.
Susan Keenan has worked in the Insurance industry for 38 years. Prior to joining Cunningham Insurance in July 2010 as a Personal Lines Sales Assistant, Susan worked at Cook Hall & Hyde, Inc.
Deirdre recently joined Cunningham Insurance as an Assistant Account Manager in both personal lines and health insurance. Prior to joining Cunningham Deirdre was a Human Resource recruiter.
Annette Cassidy is Cunningham Insurance’s Operations Manager/Administrative Assistant. She has worked at the Agency for 9 years.
